ArtunPOS Quick Sale and Store Management Software

ArtunPOS is Turkish-language store software that combines barcode-based quick sales, a touchscreen checkout, inventory, customer accounts, cash management and reports in a single system. Cashiers focus solely on selling, while the business owner monitors inventory, customer accounts, cash and reports from a separate, secure management panel.

Cashier screen: everything on one screen

• Barcode and search: Scan a barcode or type a product name/code; a single match is added straight to the cart.
• Product buttons with images and categories: Sell with a tap using the product photo, name and price.
• Payment types: Cash, card, on-account (credit) and split payment; change is calculated automatically.
• Action buttons: Quantity, delete line, hold/recall cart, select customer, my sales, process return.
• On-screen numeric keypad: Enter barcode, quantity, price and amount tendered on screen. Complete the sale with a single tap or F9.

Management panel for the business owner

• Inventory and warehouses: Stock is deducted with each sale; multiple warehouses, inter-warehouse transfers, low-stock alerts and stock movements.
• Customer accounts and credit sales: Customer/supplier accounts, payment collection, statements and debt reminders via WhatsApp.
• Purchasing and suppliers: Supplier purchases are added to stock and payments are recorded.
• Cash and accounts: Cash, bank and POS accounts; income/expense records.
• Reports: Sales, purchase, customer account, collection/payment and inventory reports; daily and monthly cash summaries.
• Products: Barcode, product code, brand, category, unit, VAT rate, purchase/sale price and product photo; bulk import via Excel/CSV.

Your receipt, your brand

Design 58/80 mm informational receipts with your logo, address and messages; place elements by drag and drop with a live preview. Up to 10 designs can be saved per store.

Users, branches and security

• Cashier, store manager and back-office profiles; each user is assigned to their own branch and permissions are set individually.
• Permissions are also checked on the server for every operation; a cashier cannot open another user's or another store's receipts.
• An authorized cashier can process returns on their own receipts; inventory, customer account and cash records are corrected automatically.
• Verified backup/restore, audit logs and failed-login protection.

Installation and operation

The same software scales from a single-register shop to a multi-register store: a single-computer installation or a shared store server to which multiple registers connect securely over HTTPS. It is activated with a license key and keeps working for up to 72 hours if the internet connection drops. Updates are signed and install without touching your data.

Industry-specific starter settings can be selected for general retail, grocery/convenience stores, clothing/footwear, cafes/bakeries, services and home improvement/hardware stores.

Good to know

• The receipt printed by ArtunPOS is an informational receipt; it does not replace a fiscal document, an ÖKC receipt or an e-Invoice. Fiscal documents are issued from your fiscal cash register/ÖKC device.
• The card option records a payment taken on the POS terminal; automatic charging through the POS terminal is not available in this version.
• This version does not include a customer display (second monitor) or a restaurant table plan.
